James Reyes-Picknell is a mechanical engineer, management consultant, author, and internationally recognized authority on reliability, maintenance, and asset management.

Over a career spanning nearly five decades, James has worked in naval operations, petrochemicals, aerospace, shipbuilding, mining, manufacturing, utilities, and other asset-intensive industries. His work has helped organizations improve reliability, reduce operational risk, and achieve substantial financial results by making better decisions about their physical assets.
