Jaeson D. Rau spent years working in the trades before divorce pushed him toward something new—writing, speaking, and helping others through their own battles. Then came something even tougher: narcissistic abuse that nearly broke the man he was becoming. He made it through, story in hand, and isn’t afraid to tell it like it is—unfiltered, raw, and honest.

When he's not writing or coaching, Jaeson is running, lifting, reading, listening to good music, or out in the mountains—living a quieter life on purpose, because survival taught him how important peace really is.
