Alessandro Rappazzo

Alessandro Andrea Pietro Rappazzo (born 1967) is a Swiss Army career officer, active for decades in the field of training, with a particular emphasis on leadership. Specifically, within the army he has held various command functions. In addition to his solid military training, he holds an EMBA and is a passionate self-taught student of philosophy. For years he has also been training corporate staff, successfully applying the principles of military processes. His professional experience has allowed him to deepen his knowledge in decision-making processes and to understand the needs of the private sector in crisis management. His research has been published in various articles appearing in military journals, as well as in several books dedicated to leadership and crisis management.
