Tom Millinchip

Tom Millinchip is a Primary school leader with over 15 years of experience in international K-12 education, currently serving as a school leader in Georgetown, The Cayman Islands.

He has guided teachers, administrators, and parents through curriculum design, assessment reform, and the integration of digital literacy and AI into everyday classroom practice.

Tom is passionate about helping educators and schools expand their knowledge and build education for the future — blending the rigour of traditional pedagogy with the possibilities of emerging technology.

Alongside his new book, An AI Handbook For Primary Education, he has also contributed to Dan Fitzpatrick's The Educators' AI Guide 2027 and has spoken on various podcasts.
