Larry Larmeu

Larry Larmeu is a technology and transformation executive based in London. Over the past twenty years, he has led teams through large-scale mergers, integrations, and organizational change in financial services, holding leadership roles at major consulting firms and building delivery organizations from the ground up.

subMERGED, his first novel, grew out of a decade of firsthand experience navigating the human side of organizational change. He started writing it in a hotel room in Dublin during his third consecutive role involving a merger, and spent nearly ten years shaping it into the book it became. The characters are fictional. The problems are not.

Originally from New Orleans, Larry lives in London with his wife, son, and two daughters.
