K. J. Mooney

K. J. Mooney is a fantasy and historical fiction author with an unhealthy obsession with dead languages, obscure and morbid history, and asking "Okay, hear me out: What if...?"

She has spent an embarrassing number of hours researching history and useless facts, reconstructing dead languages for her own amusement, and booking flights to random countries for "research purposes."

When she isn't building worlds nobody asked for and arguing with the voices in her head over whose story she should work on, she can be found pursuing her other creative endeavors of playing DND with friends, waging war on the hornets in her garden, sewing historic costumes by hand, and slowly but surely evolving into a swamp-witch spinster by spinning wool and knitting gloves.

She lives in Orem, Utah, working, daydreaming, and belting out the Beatles with her corgi, Watson.
