Mihail Sol is a poet, writer, and psychotherapist whose work lives at the intersection of healing and the deeper layers of human consciousness. Specialized in transpersonal psychology, he met Stanislav Grof, the pioneer who mapped the psyche's earliest, most formative imprints – an encounter that shaped much of his lifelong inquiry into the hidden architecture of the soul, from conception through birth and beyond.
Over the years, he has worked closely with many individuals on their own paths of becoming, accompanying them through processes of transformation and inner awakening. Mihail writes from a lifelong fascination with spirituality and the mystery of human unfolding – the quiet, often invisible ways in which we grow into who we truly are.
Iris and the Ocean of Remembering is his first novel, a story born from decades spent exploring the threshold between the psychological and the spiritual.
