Abhishek Kaul

Abhishek Kaul is a senior technology leader with over two decades of global experience in strategy, process and technology consulting. As Associate Partner for AI Strategy & Execution at IBM, he helps organisations translate complex business challenges into production grade AI and data solutions, leading strategic client portfolios across digital transformation, Gen AI, and sustainability-driven innovation.

Abhishek is a co-founder of IMPACT by LEAD, a sustainability impact think tank of Stanford LEAD alumni, a collaboration that led to co-authoring a book with fellow alumni leaders. He holds two granted US patents, has authored book chapters on AI ethics and advanced analytics, and has delivered outcomes for businesses across more than 20 countries. He is currently a doctoral scholar researching how Generative AI is reshaping technology consulting.

Known for his purpose-driven approach and a bias toward measurable outcomes, Abhishek draws on real-world enterprise AI experience, turning hard-won lessons into practical guidance for business leaders. He is based in Singapore.
