Fabjan Pepaj is an Italian Albanian author, journalist and leader in children’s residential care based in London. He began working in television journalism at fifteen, later studied international affairs, media and politics at the University of Bologna, contributed to strategic policy work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo and developed a leadership career in children’s care in England. His books explore Albanian, Italian and European history and identity, public life, leadership and therapeutic care. He writes to preserve cultural memory, make complex ideas accessible and turn professional experience into practical wisdom.
