David Oswald

David Oswald spent over twenty years helping organisations get better at developing their people and became increasingly certain the training itself was rarely the problem. The people sitting in the room were often simply too depleted to learn from it.

That observation led him to build Well Enough Life, a free wellbeing framework for individuals built on the same argument this book makes: small changes, consistently made, in the time you actually have.

He also runs Wellbeing Solved, a workplace wellbeing consultancy for organisations that want to take the argument further.

David is from the UK, but now lives in Berlin, and has never been, nor wanted to go, to Berghain.
