Steven Christensen

Steven Christensen has spent more than thirty years building, deploying, and living with technology.

His career spans nearly a decade at Intel, co-founding a venture-backed startup in Asia, and leading AI workplace transformation across EMEA at Microsoft, where he has worked with hundreds of organizations navigating the shift to AI.

That front-row seat revealed a pattern he couldn’t ignore: nearly every organization was adopting AI, yet only a handful were being transformed by it. The tools were everywhere. The results were rare.

Steven is the founder of Fronterio, a company with one mission: helping organizations adopt AI and thrive with it. He writes and speaks about the gap between AI adoption and AI transformation, and about what the winning organizations do differently.

He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two sons. AUGMENT is his first book.
