Todd O. Jones is an author, illustrator, and the founder of FUNducate LLC and the Mr. Tater Todd non-profit. His journey into children’s literature began in his own home, crafting writing journals to accelerate his daughter’s early education. After receiving overwhelming praise from her Kindergarten and first-grade teachers, Todd recognized a universal need for engaging, accessible learning tools.
In 2010, he became an independent publisher, establishing FUNducate LLC to market high-quality educational materials under a unified vision. Driven by a passion for inclusivity and community, Todd’s diverse catalog tackles vital social, developmental, and academic themes. His specialized series include The FunBunch Series (a group of characters that learn together and share their excitement in refreshing, fun, and clever ways), The Doctor’s Visit Series (easing childhood medical anxieties), and The Tribute to Heroes Series (honoring military and community first responders). Championing social and mental development, his Show Love No Bullying Series and the comic-style Slaughter House Middle School Series offer impactful bully-awareness narratives. Deeply personal to his family, the Taylor Babbs Series provides an empathetic, enlightening window into the daily life and brilliant strengths of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Forthcoming additions to his expanding catalog include new military coloring books within the Tribute to Heroes collection, an expanded SlaughterHouse Middle School +journal series, and a continuous pipeline of vibrant stories and targeted learning materials. Through every new adventure, Todd's books continue to educate, entertain, and ensure that every child feels seen.
