Vincent Guitard

Vincent Guitard is a leadership and organizational development professional with more than seventeen years of experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations.

His career has taken him through leadership development, change management, continuous improvement, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Along the way, he has seen the best of leadership, the challenges of it, and the quiet moments when the person behind the title matters more than the title itself.

EGO is his first theatrical work, inspired by years of observing how leadership shapes people, organizations, and the relationships between them.

Outside of his professional work, Vincent is a wine enthusiast, traveler, and lifelong learner who believes that leadership is ultimately less about having all the answers and more about making space for others to be heard.

He lives in New Brunswick, Canada.
