Dr. Sameh Elnasiri is a distinguished financial expert, lecturer, and certified consultant specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Auditing, with an exceptional career spanning over 27 years. He has dedicated his professional journey to training and upskilling financial and administrative personnel across both public and private sectors in the UAE and the GCC region, successfully training over 6,000 professionals across more than 150 government entities.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications:

Dr. Elnasiri holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (2012) and a Master’s degree in Accounting (2011) from Australia. He is a globally certified Financial Professional Trainer (IFC Canada) and a licensed expert/trainer by the UAE Ministry of Economy and the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET). Additionally, he is an active member of the UAE Accountants and Auditors Association. He currently serves as a Lecturer of Accounting, Finance, and Auditing at Etisalat Academy in Dubai.
