Richard Jorgensen

Richard Jorgensen writes heartwarming, humorous early‑reader stories that help children fall in love with reading. His books blend adventure, gentle lessons, and laugh‑out‑loud moments inspired by real family life and his curious dog, Gilbert.

Richard created the Woof Stories series to give young readers a fun, confidence‑building chapter‑book experience. Each story is designed to be simple enough for new readers, yet rich enough to spark imagination and joy.

When he isn’t writing, Richard enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, observing the small everyday moments that often become the spark for his next story. He continues to expand the Woof Stories universe and is developing additional series for curious kids.

Richard writes in collaboration with RICH‑U Books LLC, a children’s publishing studio dedicated to creating wholesome, engaging stories for young readers.
