Andrew Lopianowski

Andrew Lopianowski is co-author of HumanCorps: Redesigning Organisations for the Wisdom Age and Founder and CEO of HumanCorps, a leadership and organisational transformation consultancy helping leaders redesign organisations for a world shaped by complexity, disruption, and artificial intelligence.

For more than two decades, Andrew has advised CEOs, executive teams, and boards on leadership, organisational design, culture, and transformation. Formerly a Director at PwC and Partner at Korn Ferry, he has worked across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa, helping some of the world's most complex organisations navigate strategic change and build leadership capability at scale. He has assessed, developed, and facilitated more than 1,000 senior leaders throughout his career.

Andrew's work focuses on a simple but increasingly urgent question: how can organisations remain deeply human while fully embracing the opportunities created by advanced technology? Through HumanCorps, he challenges industrial-age assumptions about management, leadership, and performance, helping organisations create the conditions for stronger judgement, greater agency, and sustained adaptability.

His writing, speaking, and advisory work are centred on helping leaders build organisations that sense earlier, decide wiser, and act faster in the emerging Wisdom Age.
