David H. Wexley is an author, consultant, educator, and organizational advisor with nearly 30 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity and change. His work has taken him across six continents and a wide range of industries. He has become known as a “bridge-builder” who helps people work across cultures, perspectives, and organizational boundaries.
He has held leadership and consulting roles with Siemens Healthineers, Siemens Management Consulting, and Booz Allen Hamilton, and today serves as President of Wexley Consulting. He has advised leaders in global corporations, entrepreneurial businesses, and organizations navigating transformational change.
David is co-author of "Working Scared: Blueprints for Employees and Leaders to Succeed During Turbulent Times", which combines research, practical tools, and real-world experience to help employees and leaders remain effective when the workplace feels unpredictable and unstable.
He holds graduate degrees from INSEAD, Columbia Business School, and Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Study (SAIS), and a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan.
