CS Norwood

CS Norwood is a writer, editor, researcher, and independent publisher based in south Alabama. Her work centers on adventure and mystery — stories rooted in real lives, real landscapes, and the spirit of the American frontier.

She divides her time between writing, historical research, and helping fellow authors publish their own adventure narratives through AWI – Adventure Writers Ink or their personal imprints.

Her current frontier series, The Lonely Trails Saga, explores the grit, heart, and history of the American West through character‑driven storytelling.

A graduate of the University of South Alabama (Master of Science), she enjoys frontier history, outdoor projects, a former life filled with horses and livestock, and a quiet present with dogs and cats — building stories that honor the American landscape.
