Connie Wunderly

Connie is a mother at heart from TN that now lives in a Florida community making life happen for her & her children. She is a mother to four living children, mother in love to one, and Mimi to three grandbabies. She loves the Lord with all her heart and has clung to Him since she was a very young daughter of the King.

She loves to minister to women, especially Christian mothers and those who have gone through trauma and need love, support, and education to break free, heal, and overcome whatever is holding them back. She likes to write blogs, educational and encouraging posts, devotionals and is currently working on multiple books for women and children.

Connie is an RN who is a Board Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC) that is also Certified in all of the following: Trauma Informed, Mental Health Coach, Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, and as a Positive Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and Rupa Health Practitioner. She uses Somatic Experiencing such as Bilateral Stimulation/Butterfly tapping, Faith Based Mindfulness/Meditation, EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, Breathing exercises, holistic health, and more to work on symptoms and Root Cause Resolution. Connie has worked as an RN Administrator with a home health agency since 2019. She has also worked as a Hospital Liaison, Patient Care Manager, and Director of Clinical Relations with hospice and as a Clinical Care Manager for a pediatric home health for children with severe special needs. She worked as an OR RN prior to that. She’s been a mom for 32 years, homeschooling for 27, and has spent the last 24 of that time also taking care of 2 amazing young ladies that she adopted who have multiple severe disabilities. Connie has spent ~30 years in women's/children's ministry and currently leads an online, weekly, Bible study with women from all over the U.S. She has personally overcome multiple forms of abuse and childhood trauma-physical, emotional, & sexual, while also having a mother with severe mental illness that's been missing since 2004, growing up fatherless, 23 years of marriage to a narcissist, losing a child by being stillborn into her own hands, years of chronic pain from a medically caused injury, etc. She is now devoting all her experience and training to help as many women as she can find victory, freedom, peace, and wellness.

She now has her own practice taking what the enemy intended for evil and using it for good to help other Christian women overcome in Him. She has turned her pain into her purpose and is called to help other women do the same. She works with clients in 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and also has many self-paced, online programs including her signature Narcissistic Abuse & Trauma Breakthrough program.
