Mike Brand

Mike Brand was born in Basel in 1960 and lives in Switzerland. At the age of 23, he became self-employed and went on to pursue a varied career as an entrepreneur across several different industries. During the final 18 years of his professional life, he worked as a personal coach, supporting unemployed people in their return to working life.

At the age of 31, during a year-long stay in Southeast Asia, he had a profound intuitive experience that gave his life a new direction. Since then, he has devoted himself intensively to metaphysical, spiritual-scientific and philosophical questions, as well as to the deeper connections underlying human development.

In his books, Mike Brand brings spiritual-scientific perspectives into dialogue with the questions and challenges of the present day. At the heart of his work are the human being, the development of consciousness, and the forces that shape our thinking, feeling and actions. His books do not seek to present ready-made truths, but rather to encourage readers to examine things for themselves, to perceive more consciously and to develop an independent inner judgement.
