Nathan B Young III

Nathan B. Young is a children’s book author, educator, and lifelong storyteller from California. Drawing on a diverse background in marketing, education, and the creative arts, he writes heartfelt stories that encourage kindness, imagination, patience, courage, and understanding.

His growing collection of picture books includes the Sally Paddlewater series, which teaches timeless life lessons through memorable characters, and The Door series, where magical adventures inspire curiosity and friendship. Nathan is also the author of Through Elias’s Eyes, a story inspired by his experience supporting elementary school students and the importance of seeing the world through another child’s perspective.

Before becoming an author, Nathan built a career in marketing and communications while pursuing his passion for creativity through music, storytelling, and visual art. Today, he continues to combine those experiences to create engaging books that families can enjoy together.

When he isn’t writing or developing new stories, Nathan enjoys creating new characters, exploring innovative illustration techniques, and connecting with readers through @nathanbyoungbooks.
