Gregory Thomas Ellis

Gregory Thomas Ellis is a former U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. A Historian by education, he worked as both a Historian and Archivist for ten years. He's traveled up and down the East Coast by bus, train and automobile for thirty years, has been from one side of the country to the other, including riverboat gambling on the Mississippi and ice climbing in the mountains of New Hampshire, as well as diving off the coast of Jamaica. He has roots in Law, Medicine and Information. A native of Philadelphia's River Ward community, he lives as solitary as an oyster in the Washington D.C. area. He enjoys interacting with his readers throughout the DMV and whenever he can in the restaurants and bars of Georgetown and Old Town Alexandria.
