Samiran Ghosh

Samiran Ghosh has spent three decades building the technology systems that large, regulated organizations depend on — enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems across professional, financial, and industrial sectors.

As a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, he has co-authored technical publications on industrial IoT data pipelines and automated cloud architecture review, and has spoken at AWS re:Invent on both IoT cost optimization and building adaptive AI agents at enterprise scale.

He is currently building GAF, a Governance Agentic Workflow Framework for enterprise and government deployment, extending that work into physical AI — autonomous systems that have to sense, reason, and act safely in the real world, not just in a chat window. The compliance architecture, audit logic, and accountability frameworks that run through his fiction are the same ones he is building.
