Dr. Naveen Chaparwal is a librarian, researcher, and author dedicated to promoting reading culture, library innovation, and knowledge dissemination. He currently serves as a Librarian at a Government Higher Secondary School in Rajasthan, India, and is actively engaged in research and academic activities in the field of Library and Information Science.
He holds Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degrees in Library and Information Science and is a recipient of the University Gold Medal. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Libraries, Digital Literacy, Scientometrics, School Library Development, Reading Promotion, and Library Innovations. He has presented papers at national and international conferences and published research articles in reputed journals.
Dr. Chaparwal is passionate about transforming libraries into dynamic centers of learning, creativity, and community engagement. He is the creator of several reading promotion initiatives, including the Audio Story Corner, aimed at encouraging reading habits among children and young learners.
