Barbara Rusiecki graduated from Pitt and Arizona State before becoming a special education teacher and leaving her clerical life in academic medicine behind. Since then, she has enjoyed spending many years teaching challenging young students to read, write and do math in multiple, inner-city, at-risk public schools.
In her spare time, she picked up her pen as a freelance writer and has many publications in small presses and special needs publications. Daily, she can be seen walking Giuseppe or G, her son Ryan’s dog. She enjoys learning French, gardening, baking, swimming and traveling.
She and G agree that Dogs is Good People, her debut novel, is worth the read. Their fingers and paws are crossed that you will enjoy reading it as much as she has enjoyed writing it. Bonne Lecture! (Happy Reading!)
