John Glidewell

John Glidewell is an author, Scripture teacher, and researcher devoted to helping readers recover the covenant story of Scripture from its Hebraic foundations and walk faithfully in the Way of Jesus (Yeshua). After years as an atheist, his life was transformed through faith, leading him to sustained study of Scripture and its restoration themes from Genesis through Revelation.

He is the founder of People of His Book and People of His Book Institute—His Word Lived Out. This Scripture-centered work equips people to read passages in their historical, literary, and covenant context, test conclusions against the whole witness of Scripture, and practice Shema: hearing that leads to obedience. Through the Institute’s Open Book Covenant, those who can contribute help make structured Scripture education available to those who cannot.

His writing explores covenant restoration, discipleship, biblical worldview, marriage and family, and the relationship between Scripture and everyday life.
