Cortney LaCorte

Cortney LaCorte, better known as “Cheese Gal,” is a Nashville-based food and lifestyle creator, entertainer, and now cookbook author. What started with over-the-top cheeseboards and a love of making everyday moments feel a little more special has grown into a community of millions who come to Cortney for easy recipes, entertaining inspiration, a good dirty martini, and plenty of oversharing.

Cortney believes food doesn’t have to be complicated to be memorable, and that a Tuesday night dinner deserves just as much attention as a dinner party with friends. Her first cookbook, Oversharing, is a collection of the recipes, stories, kitchen rules, and little luxuries that have made her approach to food and entertaining so much fun to follow.

When she’s not in the kitchen, Cortney lives in Nashville with her husband and two young daughters. She can usually be found hosting friends, planning her next meal, or finding an excuse to put a cocktail in a coupe glass.
