Daniel Nichols

Daniel Nichols is an operations leader, systems thinker, and continuous improvement practitioner with decades of experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, engineering, quality, process improvement, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his career, he observed that many well-intentioned decisions improved one area while unintentionally creating waste, delays, cost, risk, defects, or frustration somewhere else. Those observations led to the development of the MBFC + SH Framework, a practical approach for evaluating decisions through six desired outcomes—More, Better, Faster, Cheaper, Safer, and Happier—while reducing organizational friction.
