Alexander Antonov

Alexander Antonov is an executive, lecturer, and consultant with an international career spanning Russia, Norway, and Germany.

He began his professional path in academia during the final years of the Soviet Union and later moved through roles in finance, leadership, and consulting across different countries and industries.

Over time, he has had to rethink and redefine his own value, and understand what he can contribute in new environments. Later in life, he experienced what it means to begin a new professional chapter approaching sixty, when questions of meaning, relevance, and direction become even more present.

He is married, has three children, and lives in Bavaria.
