Ashish Kumar is an Enterprise AI Architect whose work sits at the intersection of enterprise engineering and frontier AI deployment. With more than 20+ years of experience designing high-availability AI systems at scale, he has built a career out of solving the problems that arise when cutting-edge research meets the unforgiving realities of regulated production environments.

His technical expertise spans the full stack of modern agentic AI delivery: agentic architecture design, Model Context Protocol (MCP 2025-11-25 specification), AWS Bedrock Agents with Cross-Region Inference, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Kubernetes cluster design for AI workloads, Zero Trust security architecture, OpenTelemetry observability pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration patterns including the ReAct loop in production.

Across his career, Ashish has worked in FinTech, banking, insurance, and healthcare - designing systems that handle billions of dollars in transactions and millions of sensitive patient records. He built his first enterprise agentic AI system in 2024 - years before the broader industry adopted agent frameworks - and went on to design and deploy the first MCP-native agentic system in production at a Fortune 500 FinTech firm, a milestone that directly informed the writing of this book.

He is the author of multiple books on AI and enterprise architecture, including Mastering Microsoft Copilot for AI Architects, Production-Ready Agentic AI Using MCP (First Edition, 2026, coming soon), written with the explicit mission of democratizing access to production AI architecture knowledge for engineers and architects worldwide.
