Following her retirement, she founded BW Empowerment LLC, a leadership development and coaching company committed to building leaders from the classroom to the boardroom.
Brenda is the author of Worthy & Wonderful: A Celebration of Girls Who Matter, an inspiring children's book rooted in a powerful message: You are worthy. You are wonderful. You matter. Inspired by her four granddaughters, the book encourages girls to embrace their unique gifts, recognize their value, and believe in their limitless potential.
What began as a book has evolved into The Worthy Collective, a growing empowerment movement and nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting girls through mentorship, leadership development, storytelling, community engagement, and transformational experiences. Through workshops, mentoring programs, school and community partnerships, and speaking engagements, Brenda is creating spaces where girls are empowered to discover their voice, build confidence, and lead with purpose.
As Founder and CEO of BW Empowerment LLC and Founder of The Worthy Collective, Brenda continues to transform inspiration into impact. Whether she is coaching executives, speaking on stage, mentoring young people, or engaging with communities, her mission remains the same: to inspire confidence, cultivate leadership, and empower others to step boldly into their potential.
