Wick, Carol

Carol Wick is the founder and president of Sharity, Inc. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 35 years as both an executive leader and consultant, advising nonprofit organizations, foundations, governments, and other social impact organizations in the United States and internationally.

Carol is an international gender based violence expert and has contributed to public policy initiatives related to gender-based violence and nonprofit practice. She has authored numerous research papers and white papers on nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, governance, and organizational strategy.
