Bradley Rolfe

Bradley Rolfe is an Australian author, researcher and former project management practitioner with more than thirty years of experience delivering major technology and organisational change initiatives. He has worked across the public and private sectors for organisations including Telstra, Qantas, IBM, Macquarie Group, Transport for NSW and Ausgrid.

Bradley holds an MBA and a PhD in project management from Macquarie University and has taught project management at postgraduate level. His academic research explores the philosophical and human dimensions of management, including practical wisdom, language, power, leadership and organisational complexity.

His first book, The Myths of Project Management, challenges the conventional assumptions that shape modern project practice and offers a provocative alternative for experienced practitioners navigating uncertainty, complexity and organisational politics.
