Laura Rodriguez

Laura Rodriguez is an author, entrepreneur, gardener, wife, mother, and grandmother who believes that every life has a story worth telling.

After years of overcoming personal challenges, including trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and a life-changing encounter with God, Laura began writing to encourage others to find hope, healing, and purpose in their own journeys. Her faith-based memoir, Ocean Within, shares her story of redemption, resilience, and the grace she discovered along the way.

With more than eleven years of experience working with elementary-aged children, Laura is also the creator of the Value Within children's book series. Inspired by the students she taught and mentored, these stories help children recognize their unique gifts, build confidence, and understand their value through meaningful life lessons and positive character development.

When she's not writing, Laura enjoys tending her garden, creating handcrafted bath, body, and home products, baking sourdough, and spending time with her family in rural Texas.

Her mission is simple: to encourage people of all ages to discover the value God placed within them.
