With a dual Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and Pennsylvania State University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Viraj has built his career at the intersection of operations, supply chain management, logistics, continuous improvement, process optimization, and systems thinking. Throughout his professional journey, he has led operational excellence initiatives across North America, helping organizations improve productivity, eliminate waste, enhance efficiency, and create sustainable business value.

Before entering industry leadership roles, Viraj published multiple international research papers spanning industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, operations research, supply chain management, and productivity improvement.
