Eric Martina

Eric Martina is an industrial designer, systems architect, and author who spent more than a decade learning the same lesson across radically different industries: the businesses that survive volatile markets are the ones built as systems, not as collections of isolated products or campaigns.

Working across Argentina and Paraguay, Eric designed and scaled operations in custom furniture manufacturing (residential, office, and large-scale building projects), advertising and Trade Marketing, and out-of-home media — from traditional OOH to programmatic DOOH networks. Each sector taught him a different layer of the same discipline: how physical products, brand systems, and digital infrastructure actually behave under real economic pressure.

That cross-industry pattern-recognition became MADS+ (Metodología de Arquitectura y Diseño Sistémico), his proprietary framework for designing manufacturing and service systems that hold up under uncertainty. MADS is the backbone of his books, including AI-Powered Project Management: The Field Guide to Managing Algorithms, Not Tasks, where he reframes project management for a world in which AI is no longer a tool on the team, it's part of the team.
