Kurt Fillmore

Kurt Fillmore was born in the central valley of California in 1960, and joined the U.S. Navy in 1980. He reached the rank of Photographer’s Mate 3rd class (E-4), and was Honorably Discharged in 1985. Always a writer, in 2024 he turned away from screenplays and began writing short stories and longer novellas. In 2025 he made his first sale, then his second. In 2026 he made his third. He plans to continue writing fiction in various genres, inventing characters and situations that he hopes readers will enjoy.

Mr. Fillmore currently resides with his wife in Northern California. He is active on Bluesky where he follows writers, artists, filmmakers, and comic creators.
