Dr. Chitra Joshi

Dr. Chitra Joshi is a transformational education leader with over 34 years of experience in establishing, guiding, and elevating premier institutions, including Delhi Public Schools. Her work spans across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, UEA and India. In her past assignments with the AIS Group as Chief Operating Officer and as a Regional Director (North & South Zones) at Zee Learn Limited, Essel Group, she scaled the strategic leadership across academics, curriculum innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale school management business projects.

A PhD in Linguistics, Dr. Joshi is known for driving institutional transformation through robust curriculum frameworks, data-informed decision-making, quality processes, and innovative pedagogical systems. She holds advanced certifications in Six Sigma, Data Analytics, Educational Neuroscience, and Operations Management (IIM Bengaluru). Her research publications are in National and International journals. Her book-Reimagine Education in the AI World highlights the changes required in the education governed by Artificial Intelligence.
