Dr. Terra Lynn Bruns is a strategic management consultant, educator, and author dedicated to transforming organizational dynamics. Holding a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Leadership, her research focuses on systemic leadership and the eradication of organizational buffers. She is the author of The Buffer Effect: How to Escape the Hero Trap & Become a Systemic Leader.

A multifaceted professional, Dr. Bruns combines her deep expertise in strategic management with active roles as an instructor, a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience, and Vice President of the Board for the international foundation Zycie Razem. Whether in the boardroom or at industry conferences, she is passionate about helping leaders step out of the "hero trap" to build resilient, systemic success.
