I spent fifteen years in B2B sales before I started wondering why so many good companies kept getting in their own way. Marketing built content sales never used. Onboarding checked boxes, but didn't change behavior. Coaching programs got watered down before they reached the field. Departments optimized for their own metrics while customers fell through the cracks.
I started writing about it. That writing became Strategic Revenue Enablement.
My career started in retail PC sales and progressed to increasingly complex solution selling at Flexity Solutions, Compugen, and Microsoft. I later built revenue enablement functions at OneTrust, ApplyBoard, and Intuit. Each company had the same problem: great individual contributors undermined by broken organizational systems. The book is my attempt to fix that.
Strategic Revenue Enablement: The Tactical Execution of Your Go-to-Market Strategy covers 17 chapters of frameworks, tools, and playbooks built from doing the work, not theorizing about it. This is the reference book that sits on your desk, not on your shelf.
I live in Toronto. I am available for speaking, consulting, and workshops.
