David Julo

David was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. David (Dave) has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Central and South America as well as Canada. Early on the Airbrush art business took Dave on many a journey from coast to coast where he airbrushed T Shirts by hand on at a time. Dave spent over forty years in the graphics arts industry as artist, printer, print manager, sales and later product development. Dave retired and devoted time to his love of art becoming a regular in the Kansas City Art scene with his colorful abstract paintings. Dave has spent years around Early Childhood Learning as his Wife Holly is a Special Needs Early Education Specialist. Dave always had a way with stories and the children's book direction was a natural transistion. If my books can make one child think more, have a better day, feel better about themselves, get through a rough patch or just cope with todays worries then my writing was worth all the hours plus. All of my books are created designed and written by me. Yes I use AI tools in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CoralDRAW but all characters are created by me, the names, the look, the story. Each book is carefully thought out story using many real happenings or events and crafted by me.
