Misun Oh

Misun Oh is a spiritual life coach, transformational parenting mentor, speaker, and former educator who has spent nearly two decades supporting families and guiding personal growth. Drawing from over 15 years of deep inner healing, spiritual practice, and self-discovery, she helps women break free from unconscious patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create lives rooted in authenticity, peace, and purpose.

Born in a small rural village in South Korea, Misun's early life was marked by adversity, loss, and hardship. Her personal journey led her through years of inner child work, meditation, forgiveness, and spiritual exploration, ultimately transforming her relationship with herself and her life. What began as a search for healing became a calling to help others discover their own capacity for transformation.

After moving to the United States, Misun rebuilt her life through faith, resilience, and personal growth. Today, she lives in Sedona, Arizona, where she is raising her son while helping women reclaim their identity, trust themselves, and create lasting change from the inside out. Her work combines practical coaching, emotional healing, and spiritual wisdom to support women in becoming the fullest expression of who they are.

Misun is a contributing author in the international bestselling anthology The Power of Trust, where she shares a chapter from her personal journey of healing and transformation. Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, she inspires others to move beyond their past and create a life aligned with their deepest truth.

When she's not coaching or writing, Misun enjoys hiking the red rocks of Sedona, exploring consciousness and personal growth, and creating meaningful adventures with her son.
