R. E. Graham

R. E. Graham writes military science fiction that combines fleet warfare, political intrigue, and character-driven storytelling on a galactic scale.

His Werno Doctrine Trilogy follows the rise of Jayla Werno from starship captain to Fleet Admiral as humanity faces existential threats, collapsing alliances, and the consequences of five centuries of enforced peace. Through tactical realism and complex moral choices, R.E. Graham explores leadership, sacrifice, and the price civilizations pay when restraint gives way to necessity.

Inspired by the strength and resilience of the women who shaped his life, Graham created Jayla Werno as a commander who leads through conviction, courage, and responsibility rather than fear.

Readers who enjoy large-scale military space opera, strategic conflict, fleet combat, and memorable characters will find themselves at home in The Werno Doctrine Trilogy.
