William Ledbetter

William A. Ledbetter is a New Jersey–based writer and business executive whose career has spanned public accounting and enterprise technology leadership. His debut book, Six Weeks: A Literary Memoir, received the 2026 Manhattan Book Awards Gold Award, won the 2026 PenCraft Book Awards for Best Nonfiction–Autobiography, and was named Memoir Runner-Up at the 2026 New York Book Festival.

Written to fulfill a final promise to his sister Nancy, Six Weeks explores caregiving, sibling love, family inheritance, and the quiet grace found in showing up for those we love during life's most difficult moments.

He lives in New Jersey with his family.
