Brian T. Drummond

Brian Drummond is an associate pastor, adjunct professor, author, and leadership consultant committed to helping people follow Christ with courage, clarity, and conviction. He serves at Bridges Church in Southern California, where he provides leadership in ministry development, administration, operations, discipleship, and pastoral care. He also teaches English and composition at California Baptist University.

Brian holds undergraduate degrees in Christian Studies and Business Administration, along with graduate degrees in theology and educational leadership. He is also completing his Master of Divinity. His writing brings together biblical truth, pastoral wisdom, and practical leadership insight to encourage believers to embrace God’s calling with faithfulness and courage. Through his ministry, teaching, writing, and leadership work, Brian seeks to equip Christians to live with deeper conviction, stronger character, and greater confidence in Christ.

Brian lives in Southern California with his wife, Francesca, and their two children.
