Tran Tuan Chu

Dr. Tran-Tuan (Toby) Chu is currently a Senior Data Engineer and Scientist at Leakmited. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) in 2023, following an Engineer's degree from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2020. Before his doctoral studies, he completed a six-month research assistantship at the University of Sydney.

His research focuses on Software-Defined Networking and IoT-Digital Twins to advance the efficiency, security, and scalability of modern communication systems. His work has appeared in leading international journals and conferences, including IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials (CST), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), the Journal of Network and Systems Management (JNSM), IEEE ICC, and IEEE WCNC. He also contributes to the research community as a reviewer for prominent venues such as IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, Elsevier Computer Networks, and IEEE Communications Letters.
