Dr. Reginald Vaughn Finley Sr

Dr. Reginald Finley is a PhD STEM educator, instructional designer, and applied AI developer with more than fifteen years of experience across industrial training, higher education, and AI-enabled learning systems. He is the author of AI-Epistemic Resilience: A Framework for Knowledge Integrity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, and the founder of the AI-Epistemic Resilience framework, which addresses how learners and organizations maintain knowledge integrity in AI-supported environments.

He is a contributor to On Teaching Evolution (Keystone Canyon Press) and has served as an editor on several works by author Jennifer Hancock, including Harassment and Retaliation in the Workplace and How to Escalate Conflicts Using Behavioral Science.

Dr. Finley teaches anatomy and physiology, doctoral-level statistics, and scientific literacy at Franklin University, and works as a Learning Consultant at Siemens designing technical curriculum for engineers and technicians. He is also the founder of Access to Robotics, a nonprofit expanding AI and robotics access for underserved students.
