John Rudd

John Rudd is a pioneer of the Business Agility movement and a recognized thought leader in Agile portfolio management, corporate turnaround, and continuous innovation. With a career spanning distressed asset restructuring, major corporate M&A, and enterprise-scale technology transformation, John specializes in helping organizations navigate massive disruption.

As the former co-owner and Principal of SolutionsIQ, John helped build the firm into the largest Agile pure-play consultancy in North America before its acquisition by Accenture in 2017. Following the acquisition, he served as Accenture’s global Agile practice lead—expanding operations across five continents—and later as Managing Director of Accenture’s North America Ventures & Acquisitions practice.

Today, John is the cofounder of LightSight, an AI consulting and engineering firm dedicated to helping middle-market leaders navigate the current technological paradigm shift. His unique background—combining corporate turnaround, organizational governance, and cutting-edge tech—gives his writing a practical, pressure-tested dimension that goes far beyond typical AI strategy.
