I am a life-long spiritual learner and guide dedicated to walking with others as they cultivate more joy and peace in their lives. After a 35-year career in financial services, I left the corporate world and spent two years in deep reflection while writing my memoir. During that time, the simple yet powerful principle "If it's not love, it's fear" emerged as my guiding lens for genuine spiritual peace and wholeness.

Today, through speaking engagements, workshops, and retreats, I share practical, distilled tools and insights. I support leaders, professionals, and everyday people in replacing fear with love both in their work and personal lives.
