Stephen R Jordan

Stephen R. Jordan spent three decades in senior leadership roles inside major technology and financial institutions, including Citi, Intel, McAfee, and Optiv. His work spanned security engineering, risk and threat management, project management, infrastructure, data loss prevention, and security operations. He has seen, from the inside, how large organizations actually adopt new technology, and how often that adoption outruns the discipline meant to govern it.

He founded SRJ Consulting & Services to bring that operating experience to a problem most mid-market companies now face but few have named: AI is already running inside the business, scattered across departments, largely unmeasured and ungoverned. SRJ Consulting sells no software, holds no vendor partnerships, and earns no implementation fees. The only product is operating judgment, applied through a documented framework, to the questions a leadership team actually needs answered.

Stephen is the author of The AI Business Enablement Audit, a management book that gives executives a practical way to run AI as a governed business function rather than an unmanaged experiment. He works with owners, presidents, and operating partners at companies between 20 and 1,000 employees. He is based in the Dallas, Texas area.
